Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email with your order number.
Terms of return: The product must be unused Original packaging and seal must be intact Lighters cannot be returned if they have been used or filled with gas The customer pays return shipping in the event of a right of withdrawal.
Complaints: If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return and send a new item or provide a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
